The Account Manager reports and works directly with the Director of Broadband Services of the Colorado Telehealth Network (CTN) and has a dotted line reporting relationship to the Executive Director to accomplish tasks and meet mutual objectives required to effectively and efficiently manage large system CTN broadband program accounts. The Account Manager will provide outstanding and thorough customer service during all phases of the life cycle CTN members. The position requires teamwork and high-level communications to assist in managing these responsibilities. Director, Quality Improvement & Patient Safety

The Director of Quality Improvement and Patient Safety will lead and direct CHA patient safety programs and initiatives.  The CHA Patient Safety Program is robust and dynamic, and has a critical role that contributes to the achievement of both CHA’s commitment to improve hospitals’ clinical performance, and meet CHA yearly target metrics as well as its overall mission/vision/strategy. This program closely works with CHA member hospitals and health systems and the American Hospital Association to achieve both individual facility and statewide goals in the area of clinical improvement and patient safety. Additionally, this director collaborates with numerous outside organizations and collaboratives regarding the total continuum of care, which in turn affects the care given by CHA members, within their settings.

This program closely works with CHA member hospitals and health systems and the American Hospital Association to achieve both individual facility and statewide goals in the area of clinical improvement and patient safety.
 
The Project Manager for Quality and Patient Safety will be primarily responsible for managing various aspects of project development and implementation for quality and patient safety initiatives in which CHA engages. The position collaborates with clinical quality managers in the Patient Safety Department to assure that these initiatives are successfully planned and implemented.
