  1. Complete the 2026 CEO Forum Sponsor Agreement.
  2. Send completed sponsor agreements to Valerie Siebert-Thomas, CHA manager, education and sponsorships, at [email protected]. 
  3. Once we receive the completed agreement, your organization will be registered for the 2026 CEO Forum, and an invoice with preferred payment options will be sent to you. 
  4. To reserve a sponsorship, you must agree to the 2026 CEO Forum Sponsorship Terms and Conditions.

Important Dates

  • Sponsor Representative Hotel Request and Registration: Friday, May 15, 2026
    • Cancellations or Hotel Reservation Changes: Hotel rooms can be cancelled until Friday, May 22. For hotel cancellations received after Friday, May 22, or for individuals not attending without notice to CHA, a hotel cancellation fee will be charged. (CHA makes all hotel reservations)  
  • Cancellation/Refund Deadline: Friday, April 24, 2026 (see the sponsor agreement for the cancellation policy)

CHA will make all hotel reservations for sponsor representatives at either the Four Seasons Resort Vail or The Sebastian based upon availability.
