Emergency Preparedness 101 Training
CHA has partnered with The Center for Preparedness Education, a joint endeavor between Creighton University School of Medicine and University of Nebraska Medical Center, to develop an online Emergency Preparedness Coordinator training course. The course is designed for those that are new to the emergency preparedness (EP) coordinator role, or for those that serve in a supporting role to the EP coordinator. The course provides instruction on some of the fundamental EP topics like HSEEP, Hazard Vulnerability Assessments, Emergency Operations Plans and Continuity of Operations Planning.Please use the instructions below to create an account to access the course. Course Registration Instructions for Colorado Users:
- Email the firstname.lastname@example.org with your First/Last Name and a valid email address.
- The Center will initiate a unique LMS log in and send you a follow up email confirming that an account has been set up and instructions on how to create a password to access the modules for the Emergency Preparedness Coordinator online training.
