Angela Sigurdson
President, CHA Shared Services & Financial Advisors

Angela is President of CHA Shared Services and Financial Advisors, a subsidiary of the Colorado Hospital Association. In this role, she leads efforts to cultivate high-impact services and strategic partnerships that help members achieve operational efficiencies and cost savings. Angela brings deep expertise in organizational and people strategies, with a proven track record of building high-engagement workplace cultures. Prior to her current role, she served for 14 years as Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development at CHA where she led the Association’s human resources and total rewards programs. She holds a Master of Science in Management from Regis University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Iowa State University. Angela is also a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) through the Society for Human Resource Management and a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Cherry Torres
Vice President, CHA Financial Advisors

Cherry earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Wyoming. She began her professional career when she joined CHA in August 1996. Cherry is an advisor and representative for member hospital retirement plans and is the primary relationship manager for services procured through CHA Financial Advisors. Cherry values her long-standing relationships with CHA member employees and strives to provide retirement plan guidance and employee education that is tailored to individual needs and goals.

Traci has more than 10 years of administrative experience working with C-Suite executives and board of directors. Prior to joining CHA, she worked as a licensed broker at a health insurance agency and at Connect for Health Colorado, where she helped hundreds of Colorado residents enroll in health insurance plans. Traci was drawn to her role at CHA because of her passion for supporting Colorado’s hospitals and health care community.

As a program engagement manager, Bernadette helps lead client and field engagement efforts across the state supporting strategic growth through relationship management, marketing collaboration, and contract support.
With experience spanning hospital systems, health plans, provider relations, project coordination, and human resources, Bernadette brings a well-rounded perspective to every initiative she leads. She is known for building trusted relationships with executives, physicians, vendors, and community partners, while also creating clear, compelling communications that connect people to purpose.
