Submit a Changemaker Program

CHA has revived its Changemakers initiative to highlight the great work being done in hospitals across the state every day. Colorado hospitals are as diverse as the state they serve, with more than half of acute care hospitals caring for rural communities. Programs of any size can have big impacts for Colorado patients, communities, and hospital staff. Every CHA member hospital is eligible to submit a program that advances health care in Colorado.
