The Midwest Quality Innovation Network-Quality Improvement Organization (QIN-QIO) is the CMS QIO partner supporting Colorado and the surrounding region. The QIN-QIO program is one of the largest federal programs dedicated to improving the quality of health care. QIN-QIOs are experts in quality improvement, focused on enhancing access to care and health outcomes for Medicare beneficiaries. We collaborate with patients, providers, and communities to address health care issues, providing hands-on technical assistance, education, and data-driven tools to help eligible health care providers improve processes and outcomes, all at no cost
