Reserve online for the discounted rate of $249 per night, plus a resort fee, taxes and other fees. The deadline is 5 p.m. MT on Tuesday, Sept. 1.
Pick up your badge at the Registration Desk in the lobby of the Cheyenne Mountain Resort.
Booth assignments will be emailed 30-45 days before the conference. Your table or booth will have the same number for the entire show, and each table will be labeled with the company name and booth number. Please do not move your number or booth.
Please wait until the designated tear-down time before dismantling your booth. Exhibitors who tear down early will not be eligible to select a preferred booth location for next year's meeting. Empty boxes cannot be returned from storage until the exhibit hall officially closes.
Yes. LVE Denver is the general contractor and will have a designated booth and staff available to help with set-up, tear-down and shipping questions.
Yes. Free Wi-Fi will be available to Annual Meeting attendees. If you need more bandwidth or higher-speed internet, contact Valerie Siebert-Thomas.
Yes. All registered attendees will have access to the CHA 2026 Annual Meeting mobile app.
Any food or beverage offered in the exhibit hall must be ordered through Cheyenne Mountain Resort Catering. Contact Valerie Siebert-Thomas with questions.
