2022 Legislative Session
The 2022 legislative session concluded May 11, 2022. This year, CHA’s priorities for the 2022 session included:
- Supporting the health care workforce
- Seeking regulatory relief
- Investing in what works
The Association is pleased to report that it was able to achieve significant victories in each of these categories. CHA was also able to impact a number of onerous proposals by advocating for alternatives that mitigated – or prevented – the most damaging policies from being enacted by working together to offer amendments and improvements to language.
