Hospital Complaints
Colorado Hospital Association does not handle complaints against individual hospitals for billing errors or patient and family experiences. To file a formal complaint against a hospital in Colorado, please select an action below.
All hospitals in Colorado have processes in place to resolve grievances. If you have not already done so, please contact your hospital to address your complaint. Check the hospital website for details on how to file a complaint, or call the hospital and ask to speak to a patient representative.
At the state level, to file a complaint against a hospital or provider for grievances related to patient care you can:
