In 2024, the CHA Center for Clinical Leadership and Excellence launched its Changemakers initiative to highlight the advancements in quality improvement and patient safety being made in Colorado’s hospitals every day. Many hospitals and health systems have contributed submissions, which included various workforce-related strategies aimed at improving recruitment/retention; mitigating workplace violence; increasing employee well-being and integrating innovative technologies to maximize efficiency, staff satisfaction and patient safety.
